Refund Policy - the basics

At Intro To Tufting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for products, kits, workshops, and other services purchased through our website or directly from us.

1. Workshops (Public and Private)

  • Workshop registrations, including private workshops, are non-refundable.

  • Private workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the workshop.

  • If you need to reschedule a private workshop, we will attempt to accommodate you subject to availability, but the deposit remains non-refundable 

  • Public workshop registrations may be transferable to another person with prior approval, but no refunds will be issued.

  • In the rare event that we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at our discretion.
