Welcome to Intro To Tufting! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), products, services, tufting kits, supplies, workshops, tutorials, and any related content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any products or services from Intro To Tufting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of the Site and Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

We accept payments via PayPal and Square. Payment must be received in full before we process or ship any order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

3. Private Workshops and Deposits

Private workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your date and time.

The deposit is processed securely through PayPal or Square. You will receive an invoice or payment link (via PayPal or Square) for the deposit amount after submitting your private workshop request form.

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the workshop.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where we cancel the workshop (in which case a full refund or credit will be provided).

Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day of the workshop may result in forfeiture of the booking and deposit.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within the United States from our location in Minneapolis, MN.

Shipping times and costs are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international orders, if applicable).

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee if applicable.

Digital products, workshop registrations (including private workshops), and custom-made items are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, tutorials, and the Intro To Tufting logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use products for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intro To Tufting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minneapolis, MN.
